Neil Rubin's practice is primarily handling real estate matters
including residential and commercial sales, acquisitions, leasing and
financing, representing sellers, purchasers, landlords and tenants. He
has thorough knowledge of the complexities involved in the sale and
purchase of condominiums and has represented developers in converting
properties to condominium form of ownership. He has extensive experience
in representing business owners with refinance of their properties, as
well as in estate administration to facilitate loan closings and
settlements. Mr. Rubin also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers
license. Mr. Rubin is a Member of the Executive Committee of the Real
Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
